하이데거 시간론의 임상 철학적 응용: 기무라 빈(木村 敏)의 임상 철학을 중심으로

하이데거는 『칸트와 형이상학의 문제』에서 칸트가 『 순수이성 비판』 초판에서 강조했던 상상력이 인간 실존의 가장 근원적인 현상이라고 보고 있다. 이 근원적인 실존의 개방성 곧 과거/현재/미래의 통합 가운데서 사물 곁에 체류한다는 사실이 가장 근원적인 존재 경험의 토대라는 것이다. 일본의 임상 철학자 기무라 빈은 하이데거가 『칸트와 형이상학의 문제』에서 강조한 시간론에 착안하여 조현병 및 우울증 환자의 진단에 적용하고 있다. 이 논문은 하이데거의 시간론과 연관하여 기무라 빈(木村 敏)이 어떻게 조현병 및 우울증 진단에 활용하고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 기무라 빈이 제안한 두 가지 시간 개념, 축제 이전(Ante Festum)과 축제 이후(Post-Festum)에 따른 조현병과 우울증 진단의 사례를 통해 하이데거 시간론의 임상 철학적 응용 사례를 고찰해 보고자 한다.
Abstract
In Kant and The Problems of Metaphysics, Heidegger argues that the imagination which Kant emphasized in the first edition of his Critique of Pure Reason is the most fundamental phenomenon in human existence. The openness of imagination, the fact that it exists next to and integrates with the past, present, and future, is the foundation of experience. This paper examines how Japanese clinician Kimura Bin(木村 敏) has applied this concept of time to the diagnosis of schizophrenia and depression. In particular, I examine the clinical philosophical application of Heideggerian theories of Time through Ante-and post-festum concepts proposed by Kimura Bin.
