기혼 여성 무용가의 직업적 무용활동에 관한 내러티브 연구

본 연구는 내러티브 탐구 방법을 적용하여 결혼과 출산을 경험한 기혼 여성 무용가들의 무용활동과 관련된 생애 과정적 구조를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라Schuize가 제안한 생애곡선에 대한 구조적 기술과 생애이력의 과정적 구조로 이원화하여 결과를 도출하였다. 그 결과 생애곡선에 대한 구조적 기술에서는 첫째, 무용시작시기에서는 조기교육의 영향, 춤에 대한 매료, 가족의 지지로 범주화 되었다. 둘째, 대학 입학 후에는 무용전공자로서의 정체성, 첫 사회경험, 진로고민으로 범주화 되었다. 셋째, 대학 졸업 후에는 진로탐색 행동, 시간강사로의 입문, 교육 및 공연활동으로 범주화 되었다. 생애 이력의 과정적 구조에서는 첫째, 제도화된 진행 및 양식에서는 사회적 지위와 가족의 기대가 양립하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생애사적 행위의틀에서는 신체적 변화와 시간활용에 대하여 부정적인 경험을 한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내적 아픔의 경로에서는 비정규직 직업과 비경제적 활동에 따른 경제적, 심리적아픔이 드러났다.
Abstract
The objective of this research was to reveal life process structure related to the married women dancer’s dancing activities that had experienced marriage and pregnancy by applying a narrative inquiry method. Accordingly, it had deduced a result by dualizing it in a structural description and life history process structure of Schuize’s life curve proposed. As a result, in relation to structural description of life curve first, the beginning of their dancing had been categorized by the influence of early education, their attraction of dance and their family’s support. Secondly, the time after their graduation from university had been categorized by their identity as a dance majoring student, their first social experience and their agony of career. Thirdly, the time after the graduation of university had been categorized by their act of looking for career, their introduction as a part-time instructor and their education and performance activities. In the life history process structure, first, it was shown that social position had consisted with family’s expectation in a systematized progress and style; second, in the act of life history, it was shown that they had had a negative experience of physical change and time utilization; third, in the inner pain path, it was shown that they had had economic and psychological pain according to their temporary profession and uneconomical activities.
