중국 투자환경 개선방안에 관한 실증연구 : 우리나라의 현지 중소 제조기업을 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 중국의 산업구조가 고도화되는 가운데 우리나라 중소제조 기업들이급변하는 중국의 투자환경 변화에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 방향을 설정하는데기여하고자 그 목적을 두었다. 분석결과, 모기업이 없이 단독으로 진출한 기업일수록 업종전환과 은행금융지원(각각 5% 유의수준 하에서 유의함)을 더욱 강조하고 있었으며, 내륙이전이나 아웃소싱 확대(각각 10% 유의수준 하에서 유의함) 항목에서도 매우 긍정적인 반응을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 애로사항 인지 여부에 대한 분석에서는 인지하지 못한 기업일수록 중국 현지에서의 경쟁우위를 위해 적극적인 R&D 확대의 필요성을 개진하고 있었다. 마지막으로 중국 현지에서의 향후 전망에 대한 분석에서 지속성장을 예측하고 있는 기업들은 현지 인적자원개발과 노사협력 등 노무관리에 관한 사항을 중시함으로써 철저한 현지화 전략이중국투자 성공의 중요한 관건임을 알 수 있었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to flexibly respond to changing investment environment of China and to survey data about investment the Chinese made for Korean SMEs. The difference of the average estimate is seen to statistically significant from ANOVA analysis. From this result, a greenfield investment companies are seen to emphasize the need for improvement for conversion the type of business, outsourcing extension, move to inland. Also companies recognizing barrier factor more important emphasized the need to keep the law. Finally, companies having good prospects for the future emphasize on the Human resource development and cooperation between labors and managers in China.
