본 연구는 국내의 183개 온라인 채널을 통해 수집 가능한 텍스트 기반의 웹문서를 소셜 빅데이터로 정의하여, 2008년 1월 1일부터 2015년 6월 30일까지의 기간 동안 요일, 주말, 휴일을 고려하지 않고 매 시간단위로 수집하였다. 수집된 433,603건의 텍스트 문서에 대하여 저출산 정책인식에 대한 감정 분석 결과 결혼출산 양육부담 경감, 근로시간, 육아출산휴가, 보육시설, 아동보호 정책, 청소년 지원 정책은 보통의 감정보다 부정의 감정이 많은 것으로 분석 되었으며, 고용문제와 양성 불평등을 제외하고 대부분의 원인 요인은 보통의 감정보다 부정의 감정이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 저출산 정책이 관련 요인에 미치는 영향 분석 결과 모든 정책에 대한 감정이 긍정적인 영향이 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 결혼 상태에 따른 전체 정책에 대한 감정 분석결과에서는 모든 정책에 대하여 부정적인 감정상태가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The study defined social big data as text-based web documents available through 183 domestic online channels. Data from January 1st, 2008 to June 30th, 2015 were collected hourly including weekends and holidays. Using 433,603 text documents collected, sentiment analysis was carried out on awareness of policy regarding low fertility. The study found that more negative emotions were found to be associated with marriage-delivery-raise-reduce, working hours, maternity leave, child care facilities, child protection, and youth support than neutral emotions were. Most of the variables carried negative connotations than neutral ones except for unemployment and gender inequality. Furthermore, as for sentiments on the policy’s impact on its related factors, all of the factors exhibited more positive sentiments whereas marital status reverses the findings.
