‘정신전력’분야 연구경향 분석을 통한 정신전력 교육 활성화 방안

Abstract

Considering the recent security environment, despite the increasing importance of mental force, research trend analysis in the field of mental force has not been performed, which has hindered the subsequent derivation of research subjects. In this study, we analyzed the trend of research in the field of mental force using text network analysis of big database. As a result of the analysis according to the compliance standards, related research began to increase significantly from 2012, and there was a lot of educational background. In addition, the proportion of descriptive studies was high, and there were many single-variable analyzes in the data analysis method, and it was confirmed that the literature survey was the most common method for collecting data. Through the text network analysis, 38 core keywords were derived, and the degree centrality analysis with the frequency analysis resulted in the top keywords: military / officers and men / mental education / education / impact / enhancement / change / soldier / war / mental force education / Protestant / combat power. The 38 keywords were classified into four types: strategy-macro group, organization-micro group, religious group, and other groups. Based on the analysis results, it is necessary to focus research on the field of mental education, to set the agenda for the field of mental education through text network analysis, and to revitalize empirical and quantitative research, to require intensive support in the mental education field and policy support that enables various academic access in the field of mental force, to strengthen the function and phase of the defense agency for spiritual & mental force enhancement, to benchmark international best practices, to discover various mental education methods using technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to make a cooperative network with the private sector are suggested as ways to activate mental force education.
