코로나19로 인한 정신간호학 교내대체실습 운영에 대한 연구

초록

본 연구는 D광역시 소재 대학 간호학과 4학년 학생을 대상으로 코로나19 상황으로 인해 교내대체실습으로 운영된 정신간호학 임상실습의 교육효과를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2022년 5월 초부터 말까지 시행하였고 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구결과 의사소통능력은 교육 후 유의하게 상승 되었으나(t=-3.607, p<.001), 문제해결능력(t=-1.766, p=.084), 학습자기효능감(t=-1.862, p=.069)은 교육 후 평균값은 증가되었으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 따라서 코로나19로 인해 새롭게 적용한 교내대체실습 교육은 학생의 의사소통능력 향상에 효과적인 교육으로 확인되었다. 그러나 문제해결능력과 학습자기효능감이 개선될 수 있는 교육적 방법에 대한 추가적인 개발과 연구가 요구된다.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the educational effect of psychiatric nursing clinical practice operated as an in-school alternative practice due to the COVID-19 situation for 4th-year nursing students in a university located in D Metropolitan City. Data were collected from early to late May 2022, and data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The results showed that communication skills significantly increased after education (t=-3.607, p<.001), but problem-solving skills (t=-1.766, p=.084) and learner self-efficacy (t=-1.862, p=.069) increased after education, but the results were not statistically significant. Therefore, the on-campus alternative practice education newly applied due to COVID-19 was confirmed to be effective in improving students' communication skills. However, additional educational method development and research are required for educational methods that can improve problem-solving skills and learner self-efficacy.
