청소년의 불안 조절을 위한 말씀묵상기도 효과연구

초록

본 연구의 목적은 기독교 전통의 흐름을 따라 계승되어온 말씀묵상기도가 한국기독교 청소년들의 불안조절에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는 데 있다. 본 연구를 통해서 확인된 연구결과, 불안감에 대한 통제집단과 실험집단 간 사전-사후 차이에 따른 분석에서 상태불안의 실험집단의 사전(M=2.80)-사후(M=2.65) 평균이 통제집단의 사전(M=2.80)-사후(M=2.79) 평균에 비해서 상대적으로 점수 차가 크고, 특성불안 역시 실험집단의 사전(2.79)-사후(2.67) 평균이 통제집단의 사전(M=2.79)-사후(M=2.78) 평균 보다 상대적으로 점수 차가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 통제집단의 상태불안과 특성불안의 유의수준이 무의미한 것에 비하여 실험집단의 유의수준은 상태불안 p<.01, 특성불안 p<.01에서 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서 청소년 불안조절을 위해서 말씀묵상기도가 효과가 있음이 입증 되었다.

Abstract

In this study, its purpose was to investigate the effect of Lectio divina following the flow of the Christian tradition to regulate emotions of Korean Church adolescents’ anxiety. This study confirmed the results as follows. First, as a result of homogeneity test between the experimental group and the control group, the sub-regions of anxiety experience were such that state anxiety and trait anger did not show significant difference statistically in scores. Second, as a result of analysis of the pre-post differences of anxiety experience between the control group and the experimental group, the average scores pre(M=2.80) -post(M=2.65) of the experimental group of state anxiety are relatively showed a significant difference compared to the average scores pre(M=2.80)-post(M=2.79) of the control group. And trait anxiety pre(2.79)-post(2.67) of the experimental group also showed relatively larger than the average scores pre(M=2.79)-post(M=2.78) of the control group. While a significant level of trait anxiety and state anxiety of the control group were meaningless, a significant level of state anxiety p <.01 and trait anxiety p <.01 showed statistically significant in the experimental group. In the above results,Lectio divina has been proven to be effective for the control of the emotions of adolescents’ anxiety.
