본 연구의 목적은 동반의존자의 하나님 이미지 회복을 위한 기독교상담 방안을 모색함에 있다. 연구 내용으로는 첫째, 동반의존자에 대한 성경적 이해를 통해 동반의존의 본질과 함께 심리학적 이해를 한다. 둘째, 하나님, 부모 및 자타와의 관계를 방해하는 동반의존자의 하나님 이미지에 대한 성경적 이해와 더불어 대상관계 이론을 중심으로 하나님 이미지에 대한 심리학적 이해를 하고, 하나님 이미지 진단의 목적과 의미를 생각해 본다. 셋째, 성경적, 심리학적 관점과 자원을 아우르며 동반의존자의 하나님 이미지 회복을 위한 기독교상담 방안을 모색한다. 위에서 언급된 연구 내용에 근거한 연구 결과는 첫째, 동반의존자의 핵심문제는 자아 정체성의 상실과 의존적 관계성에 있으며, 그 본질은 인간의 죄와 우상숭배다. 둘째, 하나님 이미지는 부모의 모습이 하나님께 투영된 것으로 자기 이미지 형성에 영향을 미치며 고착된 것이 아니라 변화(재형성)될 수 있다. 셋째, 동반의존자의 하나님 이미지는 신앙과 삶의 괴리를 가져오며, 영적-신앙적 성숙에 장애가 된다. 넷째, 하나님 이미지는 기독교 상담의 진단 도구로서 가치가 있다. 다섯째, 기독교 상담 방안은 궁극적 타자인 하나님과의 관계 회복을 통하여 죄를 고백하고 회개하며, 자타와 부모를 용서하고 사랑하는 관계 회복이며, 이는 영적 성숙, 곧 성경적 하나님의 정확한 이미지인 예수 그리스도를 닮아가는 성화다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore a Christian counseling method for the recovery of God-image of codependents. Its contents are; Firstly, this study examines the entity of codependency from biblical perspective with psychological understanding. Secondly, this study understands God-image of codependents which hinders relationships with God, parents, self, and others from biblical view and the perspective of object relations theory. Thirdly, this study suggests a Christian counseling method for the restoration of God-image. The results of this study are: Firstly, the core issue of codependents is the loss of their self-identity and dependent relationships. Its entity is sin and idol worship. Secondly, God-image has been formed by relationship with parents, which gives influence to self image formation. Thirdly, God-image of codependents results in gap between faith and life, which stumbles spiritual maturity. Fourthly, God-image has a value as a diagnostic tool of Christian counseling. Fifthly, a Christian counseling method for the restoration of God-image of codependents is the restoration of self image, parents’ image, and God-image, which comes from the recovery of relationships with God as the ultimate important others. It means the restoration of forgiving and loving relationships among God, self and parents in His love and forgiveness, which is spiritual maturity in Jesus Christ.
