급속한 고령화 사회로의 진입과 함께 노인문제에 대한 다양한 문제와 위기 를 접하면서 노인들에 대한 다양한 서비스의 전문화, 공급주체의 다원화, 서비 스의 효율화, 전문적인 노인케어전문가의 인력이 절실히 요구된다. 이러한 현 실적인 기독교노인복지 영역의 필요성속에서 노인문제를 해결하고 도와 줄 수 있는 실천도구로 노인상담이 제시될 수 있다. 그러나 이제까지 기독교노인복지 의 영역 속에서 노인상담의 분야를 다룬 논문은 극히 적은 상태에 놓여 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 노인상담과 노인복지의 연결성과 이를 통해 노인복지의 한 실천분야로서의 노인상담의 가능성을 살펴보고자 한다.
Abstract
The growing population of adults over the age of 65 continues to outstrip our provision of services. The purpose of the study is to analyze the perception of socialworkers at welfare facilities for the Older Adult and other workers regarding the organization, management, and personnel of each senior facilitated to provide basic resources for the improvement and establishment of efficient welfare policies for the Older Adult. Welfare for the aged approach in the field of counseling and gain strength in various field. But there in no official report this applied in elderly counseling. This thesis endeavored to apply welfare for the aged approach to the elderly.
