역사현실 해명을 위한 ‘국가 개념’에 관한 한국정치사상적 검토

Abstract

This article presents a new ‘concept of State(國家)’, which is ‘a political worksnet’ that can be created or abolished according to political method. It is demonstrated the effectiveness by applying to the historical actuality of Korea. The purpose of this paper is to present a new concept of State based on work-change metatheory and to demonstrate that it can be very useful as a method to elucidate and improve the qualitative and quantitative changes in the Korean Peninsula, East Asia and the World’s historical actuality. First, this article outlines work-change metatheory comparing it with substance-motion metatheory. Next, this article presents ‘the process from the division of the two Koreas to unification’ as a representative example of the qualitative and quantitative changes to be elucidated and improved. This paper identifies why various existing methods presented by left and right political theories, including ‘method of interacts and cooperation between two Koreas’ based on work-change metatheory, are at odds with ‘the polarization and confrontation of the methods’, failing to elucidate the historical changes of the Korean Peninsula at all and becoming a stumbling block. As an alternative, this article presents ‘the method of dividing-works and co-works’ and a new concept of State based on work-change metatheory, and reveals how useful the method and the concept can be to solve the South-South conflict and the North-South division problem and realize the prospects for a unified States of Korea.
