본 연구의 목적은 초기노년기 대상으로 자기개념의 조절초점 쟁점과 조직문화 속성의 조직조합성이 정보보안행동에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 연구는 조절초점과 조직조합성의 교차분석으로 구성되었고, 정보보안행동은 정보보안활동, 방어적행동, 적응적행동의 세 가지 변인으로 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 조절초점 쟁점이 정보보안행동에 끼치는 영향력은 통계적으로 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 방어적행동, 적응적행동에 영향을 끼치고 있었으며, 촉진성향 조건의 효과성이 방어성향 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 조직조합성 쟁점이 정보보안행동에 끼치는 영향력은 통계적으로 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 정보보안활동, 방어적행동에 영향을 끼치고 있었으며, 동질성 조건의 효과성이 다양성 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 논의점은 이러한 연구 성과를 토대로 정보보안에 요구되는 시사점을 중심으로 학술적, 실천적 활용성을 설명하고 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of self-concept and organization-control on information security behavior in early old age. The research method is structured with a cross-sectional design of regulatory focus and organization combination. The variables used in the analysis are information security activity, protective behavior, and adopt behavior. As a result, the regulatory focus had a significant effect on protective behavior, adopt behavior, and it was found that the influence of the promotion-based condition was greater than the prevention-based condition. The organization combination had a significant effect on information security activity, protective behavior, and it was found that the influence of the homogeneity-based condition was greater than the diversity-based condition. In addition, the discussion includes the appropriate contents of information security direction reflecting these research results.
