표상운동량을 응용한 정보보안 개선 효과 검증 : 중장년 및 노년층을 중심으로

본 연구의 목표는 중장년 및 노년층 대상자들에게 개인 요소 차원의 심적회전과 조직 요소 차원의 직업활동이 표상운동량에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고, 표상운동량이 정보보안준수의도에 미치는 매개모델을 확인하는 것이다. 매개변수는 디지털역량과 정보보안몰입으로 구성되었다. 실질적인 분석은 심적회전과 직업활동이 교차되어 있는 MO-ABC 모형 도식의 이요인 방안을 적용하였고, 표상운동량이 디지털역량과 정보보안몰입을 매개하여 정보보안준수의도에 미치는 영향력을 확인하였다. 매개모형은 태도행동일관성 모형에 맞추어 검증하였다. 연구결과, 개인 요소 차원의 심적회전과 조직 요소 차원의 직업활동이 표상운동량에 미치는 영향력은 통계학적으로 유의미하게 분석되었다. 두 가지 차원들로 구조화된 상호작용 효과는 표상운동량에 대하여 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 한편, 표상운동량이 디지털역량과 정보보안몰입을 거쳐 정보보안준수의도에 미치는 매개모형은 통계학적으로 유의미하게 밝혀졌다. 이 분석결과를 종합하여 표상운동량의 정보보안 개선 효과성에 적합한 학구적, 제도적 활용성을 쟁점으로 서술하였다.
Abstract
This study analyzes the effects of mental rotation at the individual level and job activity at the organizational level on representational momentum in middle-aged and elderly subjects. It explains the mediation model through which representational momentum affects information security compliance intent. The parameters consisted of digital literacy and information security commitment. This research method applied the two-factor method of the MO-ABC model schema where mental rotation and job activity intersect and verified the effect of representational momentum on information security compliance intent through digital literacy and information security commitment. The mediating effect was designed according to the attitude-behavior consistency model. As a result of the analysis, the effects of mental rotation at the individual level and job activity at the organizational level on representational momentum were statistically significant. The interaction effect of the two dimensions was also found to be statistically significant for representational momentum. In addition, the mediating effect of representational momentum on information security compliance intention through digital literacy and information security commitment was found to be statistically significant. Based on these analysis results, suggestions were made for academic and institutional orientation appropriate to the effectiveness of information security improvement of representational momentum.
