In this paper, let T be a B´ezout domain of the form K + M, where K is a field and M(̸= 0) is the maximal ideal of T. Let D be a proper subring of K, and let S be a multiplicative subset of D. Necessary and sufficient conditions are provided for the ring R := D + M to be S-coherent.
Abstract
In this paper, let T be a B´ezout domain of the form K + M, where K is a field and M(̸= 0) is the maximal ideal of T. Let D be a proper subring of K, and let S be a multiplicative subset of D. Necessary and sufficient conditions are provided for the ring R := D + M to be S-coherent.
