초록
The purpose of this study was to investigate how combined exercise and scalp care programs had an effect on scalp, Testosterone, dihydrotestosterone(DHT), and ProstaglandinD2(PGD2) with the 20s and 30s’university men students who were suffering from Alopecia for 12 weeks. There were four groups in this study such as Combined Exercise Group(CEG), Scalp Care Group(SCG), Combined Exercise and Scalp Care Group(CESCG), and Controlled Group(CG) and 10 subjects participated in each group. For 12 weeks, the combined exercise was carried out three times a week and the scalp care once a week before the program and then the scalp of men with alopecia, Androgen (testosterone, and dihydrotestosterone :DHT), and PGD₂ were checked. The results obtained from the study were as follows. there was no significant difference for Testosterone and DHT among the groups and those in the period and there was no difference within interaction effect of the groups either. and a significant difference was not found in PGD2 among the groups and those in the period, and was not found in the interaction effect of the groups. When focusing on this fact, there should be more thorough studies that suggest exercise methods and a variety of scalp care programs for people suffering from hair loss in the initial stages. This study implies that this program is needed to utilize effective exercise methods and scalp care programs by applying to different ways the intensity, frequency, and the number of times.
