근대적 시, 공간의 개념이 현대사회의 기술적 변화로 인해 다양한 시, 공간의 개념으로 확장되고, 이것이 현대인의 삶에 미치는 영향에 대한 충분한 숙고 없이 받아들이고 있다. 가상과 실재의 공간에 대한 차이가 점차 사라지고, 이동성(mobility)의 필요와 의미가 변하고 있으며, 스마트 홈, 스마트 시티의 등장과 1인 주거 형태와 쉐어하우스와 같은 공동주거 형태의 등장 등을 통해 공간에 대한 현대적인 인식이 변하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 공간은 인간과의 관계 하에서 가치를 담고 있다. 공간에 대한 표상의 변화는 바로 인간 삶의 변화와 직결될 수밖에 없다. 그래서 인간은 공간에 대해서 배우고, 거주함에 대해서 숙고해야 할 이유가 바로 여기에 있다. 공간의 가치에 대한 숙고와 인간의 자기 공간에 대한 책임과 이에 대한 공간 교육의 필요성이 강조되어야 한다. 4차 산업혁명으로 회자되고 있는 일련의 기술적 변화와 이로 인한 사회적, 경제적 파급효과를 고려해 볼 때 건축서비스산업에서도 이러한 공간 개념의 본질적인 변화를 인식하고, 이에 대한 대응이 필요할 것이다.
Abstract
The modern concept of time and space is extended to the various concept of time and space due to technological change of modern society. There is no sufficient considerations of Its impact on modern life. The differences between virtual and real spaces gradually disappear, and the need and meaning of mobility are changing. The emergence of smart home and smart city and the emergence of single residence type and shared house type show that modern perception of space is changing. Space has value in relation to human being. The change in representation of space is bound to be directly related to the change of human life. That is why human beings need to learn about space and think about their living. It should be emphasized that there is a need to consider the value of space and the responsibilities of human space and the need for spatial education. Considering the series of technological changes and the social and economic ripple effects that are being addressed by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the architectural service industry needs to recognize and respond to the essential changes in the concept of space.
