“逆全球化”下中国智能制造类科技企业发展机遇与挑战
Opportunities and Challenges for the Development of Chinese Intelligent Manufacturing Science and Technology Enterprises with “Anti-Globalization”

国际金融危机之后，全球价值链出现萎缩的局面，经济贸易的“逆全球化”的特点逐步凸 显。随着新冠疫情不断发展，使得“逆全球化”成为目前无法回避的话题。今后很长一段时间里， 经济贸易的“逆全球化”与数字经济的“全球化”，会同时支配世界经济格局变化的趋势。本文旨 在就“经济全球化遇到逆流”的这一问题，探讨了方法和途径上的边际创新。基于中国智能制造 类型企业的发展蓝图，介绍了数字化驱动模型，研究了“逆全球化”背景下，智能制造科技企业 在此机遇和挑战中所遇到的问题。以此来寻求数字化的创新发展之路，并提出了：优化并持续改 进产业扶持政策；持续技术融合创新发展输出；以效率高、成本低的方式渗透下沉市场的建议。 本论文的理论创见，对中国建立双循环发展新格局、促进新型全球化的发展提供了一定的参考作 用。
Abstract
After the international financial crisis, the global value chain shows a shrinking trend, and the characteristics of “anti-globalization” of economy and trade gradually appear. With the occurrence and development of COVID-19 epidemic, dstimulating “anti-globalization” has become an inevitable problem in a certain period of time. For quite a long time in the future, the “reverse globalization” of economy and trade and the “globalization” of digital economy will dominate the changing trend of the world economic pattern at the same time. The purpose of this paper is to explore the marginal innovation in methods and approaches on the economic mechanism of “globalization encounters countercurrent”, taking Chinese intelligent manufacturing enterprises as the blueprint. The digital driving model is introduced to study the opportunities and challenges of innovation and development of intelligent manufacturing science and technology enterprises under “anti-globalization”, so as to find a development path of digital innovation. The theoretical ideas of this paper can provide some reference for China to build a new dual-cycle development pattern and promote a new type of globalization.
