한국형 베일리 영유아 발달검사 3판 적응행동척도의 표준화 예비연구

본 연구는 베일리 영유아 발달검사 3판(Bayley-III) 적응행동척도의 한국 표준화를 위한 예비연 구로, 번안 및 수정 과정을 거쳐 제작된 한국형 Bayley-III 적응행동척도의 문항 특성을 검토 하여 추가적인 문항 수정을 제안하고, 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하는 데 그 목적이 있 다. 이를 위해 서울과 서울 근교의 381명의 영유아 양육자들을 상으로 자료를 수집하여, (1) 문항의 난이도 및 변별도 분석, (2) 내적 일관성 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도 분석, (3) 준거관련 타 당도 검증을 위한 상관분석과 구성타당도 검증을 위한 확인적 요인분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 문항난이도 및 변별도 분석을 통해 한국 문화에 맞지 않는 문항들을 수정 및 삭 제하는 것에 한 통계적 근거가 마련되었다. 둘째, 적응행동 하위척도의 신뢰도 계수 (Cronbach α)는 .70～.92로 충분히 높은 수준을 나타냈으며, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .95～.99로 산출되어 검사의 신뢰도가 높은 수준이었다. 셋째, 본 검사의 하위 영역 점수와 사회성숙도 검사(K-SMS) 점수 간 상관을 검토한 결과 상관계수가 .71～.82로 준거관련 타당도 중 공인타 당도가 확보되었으며, 확인적 요인분석 결과 본 검사의 이론적 구조와 일치하는 개념적, 사회 적, 실제적 영역의 3요인 모델이 수집된 자료를 적합하게 설명하는 것으로 확인되었다.
Abstract
This study is to validate Korean Scales of Bayley Infant and Toddler Development Third Edition (K-Bayley-Ⅲ) adaptive behavior scale for domestic application. 381 parents of infants and toddlers from 16-days old to 42-months-15days o1d live in Seoul and the suburbs were the subjects for this study. The item characteristic analysis was conducted based on Item Response Theory, and difficulty and discrimination parameters were represented that most items show suitable difficulty range and have a good discrimination power. Item internal consistency was .70～.92, ans retest reliablity and inter-coder reliability results were satisfactory. Convergernt validity of K-Bayley-Ⅲ adaptive behavior scale and K-SMS yielded a high correlation of .85 ( p < .01). Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted, and the results show that three-factor structure explains the data well.
