본 연구는 자연재해 현장의 실시간 데이터 취득 및 재난정보 상황전파 활용을 위한 시스템 개발을 목표로 하였다. 자연재해 관련 현장 데이터의 실시간 획득을 위한 GNSS 위치정보를 포함한 웹 서비스 기반 모바일기기 데이터 취득 어플리케이션을 개발하였으며, 자연재해 라이브러리 분류 및 단계별 정보 구축 알고리즘 개발로 자연재해정보 단계별 등급을 부여하여 재해 속성 매칭 및 분석으로 나타내는 차등계급 정보를 생산하고 생산된 정보의 제공‧활용을 위한 자연재해 상황 전파 관리시스템을 개발하였다. 해당 시스템은 과학적 분석 및 재해 직후의 피해 현장에 대한 신속한 조사 및 분석을 통해 재해관련 업무의 효율성 제고 및 대국민 안전서비스에 효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
This study aimed to develop a system for real-time data acquisition at natural disaster sites and the use of disaster information situation propagation. A web service-based mobile device data acquisition application including GNSS location information was developed for real-time acquisition of field data related to natural disasters. By developing algorithms for classifying natural disaster libraries and building information by stages, a system for managing the propagation of natural disaster situations was developed to produce differential class information represented by matching and analysis of disaster attributes. The system is believed to be effective in improving the efficiency of disaster-related work and public safety services through scientific analysis and rapid investigation and analysis of damage sites immediately after the disaster.
