In this year our Government has his 60th Birthday. At this point we may look back to our history and look forward to our future. The public finance law is an area of Law, in which not only economic but also legal view points are needed. The public finance law is younger as other parts of law research. The framework of public finance law is, in my opinion, not yet completely constructed. But through the 60 years the public finace law has established our nation and constructed his social framework. In these days, in which global financial risks are coming, the importance of public financial law becomes more bigger. In this meaning this article aims to describe the whole boundary of public finance law of today and its direction and future of research in the example of State Finance Act of 2006.
