Thewindenergyisoneofthemostprospectiveresourcesinrenewableenergy.However,theWTGSshouldn`t beinstalledindiscriminatelybecausethepowersystem canbenegativelyinfluencedbyavariableanduncertain natureofthewindenergy.ItisthereasonwhyithastobelimitedtoinstalltheWTGSthoughtlesslymentioned abovethatsupporttheimportanceofthemaximum penetrationlimitofwindpower.Itmayrequiredthatpower system operatorssuggestsanew wayofpowersystem operationaspercentageoftheWTGS increaseinthe existing powersystem.Thewindpowerisfixed in alimitedarea,sousing rateofthewind powerwillbe increasedbyinstallingadditionalWTGS. Inthispaper,wehavestudiedoneconomicevaluationofthewindcapacityincreasedbyrestrictingtheoutput oftheWTGS asthewaytoincreasethewindcapacity.
