본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 사회참여 영향요인으로 한국문화 이해, 한국어 능력, 문화정체성을검토하고 사회참여 간 관계에서 삶의 만족도의 매개효과를 분석하여 이에 대한 정책적 함의를 고찰한다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도에 거주하고 있는 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 한국문화 이해, 문화정체성이 사회참여에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있고 사회참여 간 관계에서 삶의 만족도의 매개효과가 통계학적으로 유의미하게 나타나고 있다. 이러한분석결과를 토대로 결혼이주여성의 사회참여를 제고하기 위해 정책방안을 제시하고 있다.
Abstract
This study examines factors influencing the social participation of married immigrant women, including their understanding of Korean culture, Korean language proficiency, and cultural identity. It also analyzes the mediating effect of life satisfaction on these factors and examines their policy implications. A survey was conducted among the married immigrant women residing in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The results show that understanding of Korean culture and cultural identity have significant impacts on social participation, and that the mediating effect of life satisfaction on the relationship between social participation and these factors is statistically significant. Based on these results, policy alternatives are suggested to enhance the social participation of married immigrant women
