초록

본 연구는 질적연구 중 근거이론을 사용하여 KOICA 국제협력 태권도 봉사단원의 여가활동을 통한 문화적응 형성과정에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 군복무 대체로 KOICA 태권도 해외봉사 경험이 있는 사람으로 선정하였다. 비확률 표본 추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 총 7명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 자료수집과 분석은 Staus & Corbin(190)의 근거이론을 사용하여 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 294개의 개념어 29의 하위요인 7개의 상위요인이 도출되었다. 둘쨰, 인과적 조건, 상황적맥락, 중심현상, 중재적요소, 상호작용전략, 결과가 6개의 패러다임 구성요소로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가활동이 문화적응에 미치는 영향, 파견국가와 생활만족도가 본 연구의 결과로 나타났다. 종합적으로, 여가활동참여는 문화적응 과정에서 문화적응 스트레스를 해소하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The purpose of study was to examine the proces of aculturation through leisure activity by using ‘grounded-theory' among KOICA Taekwondo volunters. The research participants were a member of KOICA Taekowndo volunters group who deployed to foreign country in order to fulfil their miltary duty. Out of Non-probabilty sampling, Convenience sampling was used to select 7 participants for the study. The colected data was analyzed through Staus & Corbin (190,194)'s open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results are as folow. First, 294 concepts, 20 subcategories and seven uper categories were categorized. Second, the relationship of six paradigms were investigated which includes causal conditon, situational context, major phenomenon, concilatory conditon, interaction strategy and result. Third, through the overal outline, core categories of ‘efects of leisure activity on aculturation' and ‘life satisfaction on deployed country' were discovered. Overal the study, participating leisure activity solved aculturative stres which shape positve aculturative proces.
