HITL Human In The Loop
Abstract
The rapid advancement of generative AI is accelerating the automation of end‑to‑end video production, and AI agents are increasingly used to create and distribute news, advertising, and tutorial videos. This study investigates automation cases based on generative AI agents, with a primary focus on video automation, and analyzes their orchestration structures and human–AI collaboration governance. First, we conceptualize low‑code workflow tools such as n8n and Make as the orchestration layer of multi‑agent systems, and theoretically examine how Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol(MCP) and Google’s Agent‑to‑Agent(A2A) protocol standardize internal and external communication between agents. We then analyze text/news automation cases at BuzzFeed, CNET, and Naver, AI news anchor systems at MBN and Xinhua and others. From these cases we derive a common agentic workflow consisting of script generation, fact‑checking, video synthesis, editing, and distribution, together with Human‑in‑the‑Loop(HITL) checkpoints. On this basis, we propose an integrated reference architecture for agent‑based video automation that combines n8n/Make‑based orchestration, MCP/A2A‑based agent communication, and human verification modules for fact‑checking, ethical review, and editorial approval. Finally, we discuss key governance issues—including accuracy and responsibility, transparency and bias, labor restructuring, and regulation and standardization—and argue that technical design and social accountability must be addressed jointly at the architecture level.
