본 연구는 20대 초반 심리적 위기에 서있는 졸업반 여자 대학생의 특성과 그들의 발달과 적응 과정이 어떠한지를 보웬의 자아분화를 높이는 과정 및, 가계도 분석을 통해 드러내고, 또 그 가운데 어떤 이해와 통찰이 일어나며 성장을 이루었는지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 두 여대생의 사례에서 참여자들은 가계도를 통해 자신에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라 자신에게 영향을 끼쳤던 가족역동과 정서투사 과정에 대한 이해가 깊어지는 경험 과정이 있었고 이는 구술생애사의 분석과 재해석 과정을 통해 생생하게 드러나는 결과로 나타났다. 가계도를 통한 대학생의 자아분화의 과정을 질적 연구방법론의 하나인 생애사 재구성 방법론 및 텍스트 해석법에 기초하여 고찰해본 본 연구가 생애사를 통한 사례의 탐구 분석에 대한 실천적 모형으로 제시될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study clarified the characteristics, development and adaptation process of college graduation class female students in their early 20s who are in the psychological crisis through Bowen's self-differentiation process and genogram analysis. It also explored what sorts of understanding and insight have been occurred and what growth has been achieved. In the case of the two female college students, the participants experienced not only an understanding of themselves through the genogram, but also a deepening of their understanding of the family dynamics and emotional projection process that affected them. The experiences came to life through life history analysis and reinterpretation processes. Based on one of qualitative research methodology, life history reconstruction methodology and text interpretation method, this study vividly analyzed the self-differentiation process of college students through genograms. It presents a practical case analysis model for the growth of self-differentiation that enables the development and adaptation of college students through exploratory analysis of cases through life history.
