정도관리에 시스탬적 사고의 응용관찰 : 문제해결을 위한 도구

Abstract

System is a set of parts coordinated to accomp1ish a set of goal. And it is defined as a network of interrelated operations joined together to perform an activity. Systems thinking is the realization that particular objects are composed of components and that these components are interrelated and interdependent. Yet another conceptual deve10pment relative to systems thinking is the realization that groups of individual objects also exhibit interre1ationships and interdependencies. One of the critical developments relative to the origin of systems thinking is that of cause and effect for problem solving. This represents a further refinement of interdependencies among the objects that are re1ated in some way. The concept of cause and effect comes from the recognition that when a particular object behaves in a certain manner, a different object in a related group will behave in some predict able manner. The behavior of the affected object may be immediate or delayed. Thus there are many possible ways in which effect is related to causes of variation or some other problem, by using cause and effect diagram that is a systems thinking. Systems thinking represents a more comprehensive and cohesive way of conceivng our experiences. By identifying and characterizing the interactions of influences among components of an object, we are to recognize that we can not understand the object’s behavior accurately simply by adding up the behaviors of its components on the overall object. In case of considering a counterplan about cause and trouble , performance improvement for self problem - solving in our clinical laboratory science in comparison with no considering it, increased 279 percentage during one year. So we recognized that the systems thinking approach is only one possible ways for cause and effect analysis about trouble shooting system of autocellcounter. The detailed results were as table 1~4 and figure 1~2.
