인간의 생활환경은 육지에서 해양으로 영역을 넓이기 위해 다양한 해양조사가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해저지형에 대해 음향탐지기(ISSS)를 이용하여 해저면의 물체와 지형의 기복을 파악하고 영상이미지를 획득하였으며 해저면의 지형도 및 3-D모델링도를 작성하여 해양환경에 대한 체계적인 관리를 위하여 3차원 해양지적제도의 도입방안에 관한 연구를 시도하였다. 해양지적에 대한 연구는 해양지형의 시설물에 대한 탐측 및 실험 연구를 통하여 하상 바닥에 대한 관리 및 해상의 수중시설물 모니터링을 통하여 효율적인 관리방법과 해양지적 등록방법을 제시하고자 하였다.
Abstract
Recently human beings are enforcing various marine investigations to extend their living environment from land to the sea. Therefore, this study grasped objects in the bottom of the sea and its topographical undulation and acquired their images with a sound detector (ISSS). Also, this study attempted to study on introduction plan of three-dimensional marine cadastral system to manage marine environment systematically, drawing up a topographic map of the bottom of the sea and a three-dimensional modeling map. The study proposed efficient management methods and marine cadastral system register methods by managing the bottom of riverbed and by monitoring underwater structures on the sea through sounding and experimental study on structures of marine topography.
