본 논문에서는 실시간으로 측정된 심박수와 OpenCV를 이용한 움직임 감지를 통해 피보호자의 위급 상황을 인식하고, 보호자에게 실시간으로 영상을 공유함으로써 사고를 방지하고 신속히 대처할 수 있도록 하는 복지 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현 시스템은 환자, 독거노인, 어린이 등 돌봄이 필요한 대상에 대한 보호자의 걱정을 덜고, 위급상황 발생 시 보다신속하게 대처하기 위해 고안되었다. 보호자는 응급 알람뿐만 아니라 실시간 영상전송을 통해 실제 상황을 바로 인지하고 적절하게 대처할 수 있다. 또한 기존 홈 CCTV와 달리 위급 상황에서만 카메라가 동작하므로 사생활 침해의 걱정을 최소화하도록 구현하였다.
Abstract
In this paper, we implemented a welfare system for the elderly living alone, disabled, or babies to provide fastincident response in case of emergency situations. The proposed system can quickly recognize emergency situationsusing heart rate sensors and real-time image sharing. The sensors attached on a wrist band monitor the heart ratealong with relevant bio signals of clients and send alarms to guardians in the emergency situations. At the same time,the real-time image signals are captured using OpenCV and sent to the guardians in order to give the exactinformation for fast and appropriate response to handle the situation. In the proposed system, the camera works onlyin the emergency situations so as to provide enough privacy to the client’s every day life.
