『傷寒論』 回逆加人蔘湯을 처방하여 호전된 미란성 위염 환자 1례

Abstract

Objective:􀀁 This􀀁 case􀀁 report􀀁 was􀀁 designed􀀁 to􀀁 contribute􀀁 to􀀁 a􀀁 more􀀁 advanced􀀁 interpretation􀀁 of􀀁 provision􀀁 385􀀁 of􀀁 the􀀁 Shanghanlun􀀁 through􀀁 a􀀁 retrospective􀀁 evaluation􀀁of􀀁the􀀁clinical􀀁response􀀁to􀀁Hyeokgainsam-tang􀀁in􀀁a􀀁patient􀀁diagnosed􀀁with􀀁 erosive􀀁gastritis. Methods:􀀁The􀀁therapeutic􀀁effect􀀁of􀀁Hoeyeokgainsam-tang􀀁on􀀁erosive􀀁gastritis􀀁was􀀁 evaluated􀀁 based􀀁 on􀀁 􀀁 Numeral􀀁 Rating􀀁 Scale􀀁 (NRS),􀀁 Gastrointestinal􀀁 Symptom􀀁 Rating􀀁 Scale􀀁(GSRS)􀀁and􀀁patient􀀁statements. Results􀀁:􀀁The􀀁patient􀀁was􀀁administered􀀁Hyeokgainsam-tang􀀁for􀀁a􀀁total􀀁of􀀁84􀀁days􀀁in􀀁 accordance􀀁 with􀀁 Provision􀀁 385􀀁 of􀀁 the􀀁 Shanghanlun.􀀁 During􀀁 this􀀁 period,􀀁 epigastric􀀁 pain􀀁 showed􀀁 marked􀀁 improvement;􀀁 the􀀁 NRS􀀁 score􀀁 decreased􀀁 from􀀁 6􀀁 to􀀁 0,􀀁 and􀀁 the􀀁 GSRS􀀁score􀀁dropped􀀁from􀀁13􀀁to􀀁0. Conclusions􀀁:􀀁This􀀁case􀀁suggests􀀁that􀀁Hyeokgainsam-tang,􀀁prescribed􀀁according􀀁to􀀁 Shanghanlun􀀁 provisions,􀀁 may􀀁 be􀀁 effective􀀁 in􀀁 the􀀁 treatment􀀁 of􀀁 erosive􀀁 gastritis.􀀁 Furthermore,􀀁 the􀀁 term􀀁 ‘撞’􀀁 in􀀁 Provision􀀁 385􀀁 may􀀁 be􀀁 interpreted􀀁 as􀀁 a􀀁 clinical􀀁 phenomenon􀀁 in􀀁 which􀀁 a􀀁 localized􀀁 mechanical􀀁 impact􀀁 is􀀁 perceived􀀁 within􀀁 a􀀁 visceral􀀁 organ,􀀁as􀀁if􀀁a􀀁specific􀀁region􀀁were􀀁being􀀁directly􀀁pierced􀀁or􀀁struck.
