경남권 지역 일부 주민들의 구강건강행위 분석

본 연구는 2011년 10월 1일부터 2012년 3월 30일까지 5개월간 편의로 5개의 지역을 추출하여 부산거주 233명(일반인 132명, 환자 101명), 울산거주 210명(일반인 116명, 환자 94명), 양산거주 112명(일반인 62명, 환자 50명), 창원거주 82명(일반인 42명, 환자 40명), 김해거주 60명(일반인 30명, 환자 30명)을 대상으로 해당 지역 치과병의원에 내원 중인 환자 315명과 일반성인 382명을 포함하여 총 697명을대상으로, 그들의 구강건강 행태를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 사회인구학적인 변인에 의한 t검정결과로, 성별은 전제, 강화, 구강건강행위, 건강ㆍQOL요인들에, 학력은 전제,강화, 건강ㆍQOL요인들에, 치아개수는 건강ㆍQOL요인에대하여 각각 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타났다(p＜0.05). 2. 사회인구학적인 변인에 의한 F검정결과로, 나이는 전제, 실현, 건강ㆍQOL요인, 지역구 분은 건강ㆍQOL요인,경제수준은 강화, 구강건강행위 요인에 대하여 각각 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다(p＜0.05). 3. 구강건강행위를 종속변수로 하는 최적화 척도분석에서는 성별, 전제, 실현, 강화 요인들 이 뚜렷하게 통계적으로유의하였으며, 설명력은 28,3%로 나타났다. 4. 건강ㆍQOL을 종속변수로 하는 최적화 척도분석에서는 연령, 치아개수, 실현, 구강건강 행위 요인들이 뚜렷하게통계적으로 유의하였으며, 설명력은 17.9%로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyzed the major factor variables against oral health behaviors and oral health state and quality of life (QOL) for some residents in Gyeongsangnam-do area. This study was based on the PRECEDE model as a theoretical model for diagnosis in health education needs. Total data 697 were analyzed by PASW 18.0 program. Results for this study were as follows: Firstly, t-test results in sex had statistically significant in predisposing, reinforcing, oral health behavior, healthㆍQOL factor, education had statistically significant in predisposing, reinforcing, healthㆍQOL factors, also, number of teeth had statistically significant in healthㆍQOL factor. Secondly, ANOVA results in age had statistically significant in predisposing, enabling, healthㆍQOL factor, area had statistically significant in healthㆍQOL factor, also, economic had statistically significant in reinforcing, oral health behavior. Thirdly, in CATREG analysis, oral health behavior as the response variable results in had statistically significant in sex, predisposing, reinforcing, enabling factor and its explanation was 28.3%. Lastly, in CATREG analysis healthㆍQOL as the response variable results in had statistically significant in age, number of tooth, enabling, oral health behavior factor and its explanation was 17.9%. So, results from this data we could contribute to identify oral health behavior patterns in Gyeongsangnam-do area residents.
