본 연구는 최근 사회적으로 심각하게 대두된 저출산 현상에 문제의식을 갖고 기존의 임신출산 지원정책과 임산부들의 인식을 파악하여 임산부 무용프로그램을 개발, 적용하기 위한 기초적 요구분석을 수행하였다. 연구방법으로 첫째, 정부의 제3차 저출산·고령사회 기본계획과 서울시 저출산·고령사회정책 시행 계획의 주요 내용을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 서울시 소재 임산부 103명에게 설문조사를 실시하고 임산부 4명과 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과 임산부 무용프로그램의 개발 및 적용을 위한 환경분석에서는 임산부들이 체감할 수 있는 임신출산 지원정책에 대한 불만족, 인터넷 자료에 의존된 임신 및 출산 정보에 한계가 드러났다. 임산부 무용프로그램에 관한 요구분석에서는 문화복지로서 정책적, 경제적 지원을 바탕으로 임산부의 신체적 특성을 반영하여 물리적 접근성을 높이고, 임신 및 출산과정과 생태학적 체계를 고려한 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 요청되었다.
Abstract
This study, noting the phenomenon of low-birth problem emerging seriously across the society, sought to grasp pregnancy/childbirth supporting policies of the government and Seoul City as well as perceptions of pregnant women. And it conducted basic demand analysis on dance programs that could be done as cultural welfare for pregnant women. As its methodology, the study firstly used, examined the precedent research of pregnancy/childbirth supporting policies and dance programs for pregnant women, major contents of 'Third Basic Plan for Low Fertility and Ageing Society' currently operated by the government and 'Detailed Plans for Low Fertility and Ageing Society 2017' by Seoul City. Secondly, it conducted questionnaire survey among 103 pregnant women living in Seoul along with in-depth interviews with four pregnant women. As a result, the study found, in the aspect of environmental analysis for development and application of dance programs for pregnant women, their dissatisfaction with the current pregnancy/childbirth supporting policies, and limits of pregnancy/childbirth-related information mainly depending on internet materials. Besides, in the aspect of demand analysis, dance programs for pregnant women, as part of cultural welfare based on political and economic support, needed development and application of the programs taking into consideration the better physical access of pregnant women reflecting their physical nature as well as their lifestyles and ecological system.
