딥웹과 다크넷 상에서 범죄에 노출되는 청소년 관련 문제는 상당히 심각하다. 본 연구는 웹 크롤링 및 잠재 디리클레 할당(LDA) 분석을 이용해 최근 2년간의 온라인 데이터를 수집하고, 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 정보를 추가로 분석하여 딥웹과 다크넷에서 발생하는 청소년 대상 범죄의 실태 및 대응 방안을 탐색하였다. LDA 분석 결과, 범죄 실태 및 유형・형사사법처벌・예방교육 등을 포함하는 6개의 토픽이 나타났으며, 전문가 인터뷰 결과 실태의 심각성・형사처벌의 어려움・다주체 개입의 필요성이라는 대주제가 도출되었다. 디지털 성범죄가 주요 범죄 유형으로 확인되었으며, 범죄자 추적 및 처벌과 관련한 어려움을 극복하기 위해 사전적 예방과 교육을 강조하였으며, 이는 청소년 대상 사이버 범죄에 대응하기 위한 모델을 구성하는 핵심적인 요소로 간주되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의와 함의, 연구의 제한점, 후속 연구를 제시하였다.
Abstract
The problem of youth being exposed to crime on the deep web and darknet is significant. This study used web crawling and latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) analysis to collect online data for the two years, and further analyzed the information through expert interviews to explore the current state of crime against youth on the deep web and darknet and how to respond to it. Six themes emerged from the LDA analysis, including the prevalence and types of crimes, criminal justice punishment, and prevention and education, while the interviews revealed the following themes: the seriousness of the problem, the difficulty of criminal punishment, and the need for multi-stakeholder intervention. Digital sex crimes were identified as the main type of crime, and proactive prevention and education were emphasized to overcome the difficulties, which were considered key elements of a responsive model. Based on the findings, the significance and implications of this study, limitations of the study, and future research are presented.
