[Abstract] A Study on the 'Verbindung mit einem Grundstück' Jang Chang Min* This essay investigates 'Verbindung mit einem Grundstück'(or Land Adjunction) in Korea civil law. Adjunction is Adding, affixing or attaching to another. Act of adjoining. In civil law, the attachment or union permanently of a thing belonging to one person to that belonging to another.The right to all which one's property produces, whether that property be movable or immovable; and the right to all which is united to it by accession, either naturally or artificially. The right to own things that become a part of something already owned; e.g. riparian owner's right to abandoned rivet beds and rights of alluvion by accretion and reliction. In order to investigates 'Verbindung mit einem Grundstück'(or Land Adjunction),this paper discuss a principle derived from the civil law, a basis, a scope.
