The de nition of conullity of a matrix to one matrix being conull with respect to another has been extended by Wilansky[11]. Also, DeVos [2] continued work on conullity of one FK-space with respec to another and gave important some results. The purpose of this paper is to study Cesáro conullity of one FK-space with respec to another.
