유도 연구 동향에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰: 2013~2024년 국내 학술지 논문 분석

본 연구는 2013년부터 2024년까지 약 12년간 국내 인문·사회계열 체육학계에서 발표된 유도 관련 학술 논문의 연구 지형을 파악하고, 그 성과와 한계를 진단하여 향후 연구의 시사점을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 연구 방법으로는 체계적 문헌고찰을 채택했으며, 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)에서 ‘유도’와 ‘JUDO’ 를 검색어로 하여 수집된 181편의 KCI 등재 논문 중, PRISMA 지침에 따라 등재후보지 및 중복 문헌을제외한 최종 157편을 분석 대상으로 선정했다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 분야별 동향에서는 스포츠심리학이 109편(69%)으로 압도적인 우세를 보였으며, 그 뒤를 이어 체육사 21편(13%), 체육철학 10편(6%), 스포츠사회학 8편(5%), 스포츠산업·경영학 5편(4%), 스포츠교육학 4편(2%) 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 방법별로는 양적연구가 109편(69%)으로 가장 높은 비율을 차지했고, 문헌연구 31편(20%), 질적연구17편(11%) 순으로 집계되어 양적연구 중심의 경향이 뚜렷했다. 셋째, 연구 대상별로는 선수를 주제로 한연구가 76편(49%)으로 절반에 가까웠고, 지도자 대상 연구가 34편(21%)으로 그 뒤를 이었다.
Abstract
This study aimed to understand the research landscape of judo-related academic papers published in the humanities and social sciences within the Korean sports academia over approximately 12 years, from 2013 to 2024. It also sought to diagnose the achievements and limitations of these studies to derive implications for future research. The results are as follows: First, regarding trends by research field, sport psychology showed overwhelming dominance with 109 papers (69%), followed by sport history with 21 papers (13%), sport philosophy with 10 papers (6%), sport sociology with 8 papers (5%), sport industry and management with 5 papers (4%), and sport pedagogy with 4 papers (2%). Second, in terms of research methods, quantitative research accounted for the highest proportion with 109 papers (69%), followed by literature review with 31 papers (20%) and qualitative research with 17 papers (11%), clearly indicating a quantitative research-centric trend. Third, by research subject, studies focusing on athletes comprised nearly half with 76 papers (49%), followed by studies targeting coaches with 34 papers (21%).
