본 연구의 목적은 여가 활동에 참여하는 성인 남녀를 대상으로 여가 만족과 여가 정체성, 여가 정체성과 여가 만족의 관계를 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 인천, 경기도, 충청도에서 거주하며 여가 활동에 참여하는 20세 이상의 성인남녀로 선정하였다. 연구대상자 표본방법으로는 할당추출표집법을 사용하여 379명이 실증연구에 사용되었다. 자료처리로는 빈도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 연구 절차를 거쳐 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 여가 만족(스트레스 해소, 대인관계 증진)은 여가 정체성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 여가 정체성(동일시, 존중감, 정서적 애착)은 여가 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 긍정적인 여가 활동 참여를 위해서 여가 만족과 여가 정체성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 여가 시설 확충, 프로그램 다양화 및 보급, 그리고 전문 지도자 양성이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study was to investigate that relationship between leisure satisfaction and leisure identity among leisure activity participants. To achieve the goal of this study, a total of 379 surveys collected form leisure activity in Seoul, In-chon, Gyeonggi-do, Chungchung-do areas was utilized for analyzing. Frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correlation, and multi-pul regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Main findings were as follows： First, leisure satisfaction(stress solution, relationship) had influence on leisure identity. Second, leisure identity(respect, identification, and emotional affection) had influence on leisure satisfaction. Therefor, we try to give positive leisure satisfaction and identity for leisure activity participants through leisure facilities, programs, and instructors.
