초록
Abstract
After 20 years of "reform and open", PRC namely have a great accomplishment in development of socialism which have chinese own character. Under the Deng's frame of " liberation of thought and seek truth from facts" ,have gradually practiced the theory of socialist primary step, even closer to the goal of socialist primary step. Therefore, CCP change the meaning of socialism practically, it is not the socialist country in realistic aspect any more. so is called" socialism which have chinese own character".
