중국 북부연해경제권 부상과 역내 투자환경변화 연구

Abstract

The regional economic situation of China have been changed together with chinese economic growth. Particularly, the northen coast economic zone has become one of third economic zone in China through continuous economic development after 1990’s. The variation of economic situation need to change the entry strategy for the invested company and potential company to invest. First, these companies have to increase the direct investment to aim at the domestic market because the purchasing power was risen together with economic growth. Secondly, the investment for the purpose of cost saving in the northen coast economic zone is also having the comparative advantage continuously, because the average labor charge in this zone is more cheap than the other coast economic zone. Meanwhile, the local company can easily employ the laborer owing to abundant population. Thirdly, investment field will need to varied at heavy industry. In this time, the investment of electronic industry was concentrated at Beijing and Tianjin district, the investment of light industry was concentrated at Shandong and Hebei district.
