韩国国民年金制度与中国养老保险制度比较研究 — 以改革过程为中心

Abstract

With the retrospection of the introduction and the reform of the pension system in Korea and China, the differences between this two pension systems are analyzed in this paper from the following dimensions, that is the dimension of introduction background, the dimension of the system itself, such as the contribution rate, benefit replacement rate, coverage range, etc., the dimension of reform model, the dimension of law support, the dimension of citizen participation. But Korea and China both have to face some similar problems in the future reform options. The most important points of these problems include the problem of fiscal consistence way, the dead angle space of the pension system, and the distrust feeling from the citizens. There are both many reform options for Korea and China, although both the two countries have to consider of the political acceptance of the citizens or other political factors.
