베트남의 법제의 연혁과 구조적 특징

Abstract

Vietnam is significant market and country with infinite potential for development in Southeast Asia. Korea and Vietnam opened diplomatic relations in 1992 and since then have developed ongoing relationships. But It is not enough that research achievement and pertinent information about Korea and Vietnam could support cooperation. Piecemeal by each case consists of the need for fundamental and systematic features of information systems is not performed. And we cannot understand socialist country's legal system. As a partner in economic cooperation, for economic development in the understanding of their legal systems we will have to be leading. This work will investigate how to build and develop Vietnam legal system traditionally and historically. Besides, structure of socialist legal system. Specifically, all three stages (French colonial era, the Vietnam War era, the socialist era, open-policy period) separated and this paper should consider for nature of Vietnam traditional legal system and historical legal system.
