Abstract
This research using Technology Acceptance Model based on the connection of beliefs and attitudes aims to review the actions of employees with analysing cyber learning experiences. The results and implications are as follows. First, The perceived ease of use dose not influence perceived usefulness in e-learning, but the construct concept of the two convictions for using e-learning system that consists of the perceived usefulness and perceived ease is a major determinant of attitudes. It is expected that e-learning system is to be used and to be useful easily for employee. Second, e-learning users should want the system to be positive. The closeness between e-learning system and users of the system can be an important determinant for e-learning. The e-learning instructors will want these technology to be implemented. The proposal will expand the user's technology acceptance capacity.
