본 연구는 여고생의 성경험과 관련된 개인 및 가정 관련요인에 대한 분석을 통해 여고생의 성경험에 영향을 미치는 예측요인을 규명하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구대상은 편의추출된 여고생 1548명이었고, 자료분석은 SPSS를 이용하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 인과성 관계를 검정하여 예측요인을 규명한 결과 개인 관련요인으로는 흡연경험, 가출경험, 성경험이 있는 친구, 그리고 성격특성의 하부영역인 반사회적 성격양상, 가정 관련 요인으로는 정서적 학대가 주요 예측요인이었으며, 예측요인 중 정서적 학대가 성경험에 미치는 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 나타난 예측요인과 관계있는 개인 및 가정 관련요인의 측정을 통하여 위험군을 선별하고 이들에 대한 중재를 실시하는 것이 건강한 청소년의 성문화 정착에 도움이 될 것이라 기대된다.
Abstract
This study was designed to identify the variables affecting female high school students' sexual intercourse through a comprehensive analysis of individual and family factors. The subjects of this descriptive survey on causal relation were 1548 subject enrolled in high schools selected on a convenience sampling basic. The data collected from June 30 to July 19, 2003 were put to logistic regression analysis to build a forecast model. The results of the study were as follows :1) Individual factors such as smoking, run away from home, friends' sexual intercourse and antisocial personality tendency among personality traits, 2) Family factors such as emotional maltreatment were identified as significant variables forecasting sexual intercourse. The theoretical model built on the basis of the major findings of this study will hopefully help promote a wholesome youth culture related to sexual intercourse. It is recommended that a program be developed that can help control the variable identified in this study along with a follow-up study to verify the model.
