부모-자녀 의사소통이 대학생의 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 : 스트레스 정도, 자기통제력, 자기효능감을 매개로 하여

본 연구는 부모-자녀 의사소통이 스트레스 정도, 자기통제력, 자기 효능감을 매개로 하여 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구이다. J도와 K도 소재 대학생들을 대상으로 시행하였으며 232부의 설문지를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 분석 결과 스마트폰 중독은 부모-자녀 의사소통, 자기통제력, 자기효능감과는 각각 (-)의 상관관계가 있었고, 스트레스 정도와는 (+)의 상관관계가 있었다. 또한, 부모-자녀 의사소통은 스트레스 정도, 자기통제력, 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 스마트폰 중독을 감소시키기 위해서는 부모-자녀 의사소통을 원활히 하기 위한 프로그램의 개발과 시행이 체계적으로 이루어져야 할 것이며, 스트레스 감소 및 자기통제력과 자기효능감 수준을 높이기 위한 방안이 필요하다.
Abstract
This research was convergence study conducted to understand the effect that parent-son/daughter communications have on the addiction to smartphones, with stress level, self-control, and self-efficacy as the mediator. The subjects were college students located in J province and K province, and 232 questionnaires were used as the data for analysis. As a result, addiction to smartphones had negative correlations with parent-son/daughter communication, self-control, and self-efficacy and had positive correlations with stress level. In addition, parent-son/daughter communication influenced the degree of addiction to smartphones, with stress level, self-control, and self-efficacy as the mediator. Therefore, in order to reduce college students’ addiction to smartphones, programs should be developed specifically and systematically to increase their communication with their parents, and it is necessary to draw up measures to reduce students' stress levels and increase their self-control and self-efficacy levels.
