국내·외 기업의 윤리교육체계 비교에 관한 탐색적 연구

최근 기업경쟁력 원천으로 강조되고 있는 윤리경영의 정착을 위해서 가장 필요하다고 생각하는 윤리교육체계를 국내․외 기업과 비교하여 살펴보았다. 윤리교육의 목적은 임직원의 윤리의식의 정착과 기업문화로 체화하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 교육 방법은 사이버 과정과 집합과정의 Blended Learning 방식의 활용이 필요하다. 교육 내용으로는 자사의 경영철학 및 윤리경영의 역사와 필요성, 윤리적 의사결정 기준 등이 포함되어야 한다. 교육 대상은 전임직원과 CEO의 참석이 전제되어야 한다. 강사로는 초창기에는 외부강사가 필요하지만 윤리경영이 기업 내에 정착될수록 내부 전문 강사의 육성이 필요하며 해외자회사의 경우 현지 실정을 잘 아는 컨설턴트도 활용할 수 있다. 특히 해외진출이 급증하고 있는 국내기업들은 자사의 윤리경영철학을 현지에 어떻게 이전할 것인가와 윤리교육 내용을 선별하는데 주의할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
This paper analyzes and compares the ethical educational system of Korean and foreign companies. The objective of education in ethics is firstly for employers to acknowledge the importance of ethical management and embedded ethical spirit, and is secondly to take a firm root as part of corporate culture. Education methods need to adopt a blended learning system combining both cyber and classroom education. The contents of education should include ethical rule, business philosophy, the history of ethical management, and the decision making rule in relation to the business. All employees should become participants and instructors will typically be the person in charge of ethical management within the firm. It is particularly important for Korean firms that are increasingly going abroad to do business to consider how they can transfer ethical management philosophy to the locals and what contents they should include in their ethical education.
