북한이탈여성의 ‘돌봄과 일’에 관한 연구 - 제3국출신 아동을 둔 여성의 경험을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 중국 또는 제3국에서 출생한 아이를 양육하고 있는 북한이탈여성의 아동의돌봄과 경제적인 일을 양립하고 있는 여성의 경험을 통하여 그들이 현재 느끼고 있는삶의 이야기를 듣고자 하였다. 현재 제3국을 통하여 입국하고 있는 아동의 수는 증가하고있으나 부모와 동반 입국한 북한이탈아동과는 다르게 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있지는않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현상학적 연구를 통하여 일과 가정을 양립하고 있는 여성의경험에 대한 결과가 도출되었다. 그 결과, 25개의 구성된 의미가 추출되었고, 다시 12개의주제와 있는 여성의 경험을 25개의 구성된 의미가 추출되었고, 다시 12개의 주제와 4개의주제군으로 정리되었다. 북한이탈여성의 경우, 탈북, 탈북의 과정, 이혼, 재혼과 같은다양한 가족관계들의 일로 다양한 문제들을 경험하고 있다. 탈북직후에는 아이를 양육하기위한 직장을 유지하기 위한 노력 → 좌절을 통한 아이에 대한 죄책감과 후회 → 돌봄과일을 하고 있는 한계 → 삶을 유지하기 위하여 다시 힘을 냄이라는 일련의 순환구조속에서 그들의 삶의 경험을 공통적으로 찾아 볼 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study is child-raising and work experiences of North Korean defector womenwho have brought their children born in China or third countries to live withthem in South Korea. In the case of third country-born children of North Koreandefector women who have entered Korea, it is difficult to grasp an accurate statisticbecause of their various means of entry, and because there is very little researchdone on the North Korean defector women who raise such children. By analyzing 25 meanings, 12 themes, and 4 theme clusters as experienceconstructs. A summary of the contents of the front, Due to the nature of NorthKorean women refugees and resettlement process, divorce, remarriage, unstablefamily relationships, family, etc. There appears difficulty women compared withthe general difference in marriage and family structure. Their care and experiencein order to maintain an effort→regret→limits→again yields a force I have a ringof circulation parameters on the most influence on the circulation structure ofremorse and was found to be close to the limit with the help of South Koreanlife and adaptability of the child.
