In a modern capitalist society, working women are a common phenomenon. For this, first impression toward the desired organization becomes a strategic marketing tool to express suitability with the desired job. In modern society, diverse images are found by occupation. Under these circumstances, a hairstyle which best suits each job can be stereotyped as the image of each job. In getting this kind of job, first impression is significantlyinfluenced by trend-setting TV stars or celebrities. Therefore, this study analyzed actresses’ rolesin TV series and investigated job distribution and hairstyles by age. This study examined hairstyles as a strategic tool to make a first impression effectively and attempted to suggest hairstyles by occupation to career-interrupted women to help them get a job again.
