고리모양 협착으로 폐쇄를 유발한 십이지장 제2부의 Brunner선 과증식증 1예

Brunner선 과증식증은 양성 십이지장 종양의 10.6% 정도의 빈도를 보이는 비교적 드문 질환으로, 상부위장관내시경 검사의 빈도가 증가함에 따라 보고되는 증례가 증가하고 있다. 대부분의 환자에서 특이 증상 없이 상부위장관조영술, 상부위장관내시경에 의해 우연히 발견되나, 드물게 장출혈, 장폐쇄 및 장중첩증 등의 합병증을 일으킨다. 하지만 고리모양의 협착으로 장폐쇄를 유발한 증례는 아직 보고된 바 없다. 저자들은 구토를 주소로 내원한 50세 남자환자에서 십이지장 제2부의 고리모양의 협착으로 인한 폐쇄를 발견하여 수술 후 Brunner선 과증식증으로 진단한 증례를 경험하였기에 보고한다.
