Sildenafil citrate (Viagra￠c) is widely used prescription medication for men with erection dysfunction. There are a few reports of cerebral infarction associated with sildenafil citrate. Our patient who had no general risk factors of stroke took sildenafil citrate for sexual intercourse and next day, he was presented with visual disturbance. The evaluation revealed that his symptom was caused by cerebral infarction. We report a case of cerebral infarction after sildenafil citrate use in Korea.
