양측 신결석에 대한 체외충격파쇄석술 이후 발생한 신후성 급성 신손상에 대하여 보존적 치료로 호전된 예를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
Abstract
We report a case of acute kidney injury following extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. A 41-year-old man with diabetes mellitus had suffered from urinary difficulty after several treatments of ESWL, bilaterally. It was suspected that fragments of renal stones had caused an obstructive nephropathy with bilateral hydronephrosis. Fortunately, even without renal replacement therapy, renal function gradually returned. (Korean J Med 2012;82:628-631)
