관동맥 중재술 중 발생된 좌주간부 눌림현상을 스텐트 삽입술로 치료한 1예

저자들은 과거 심근 경색으로 관동맥 중재술 후, 악화되는 흉통에 대하여 관동맥 중재술 시행 중 이전에 보이지 않았던 좌주간부의 눌림 현상을 발견하고 좌전하행지의 관동맥 중재술 후에 악화되고 증상을 유발하여 이에 대해 스텐트 삽입술로 치료한 예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
Abstract
Coronary artery milking is defined as a systolic compression of the coronary artery, usually resulting from myocardial bridging. Rarely, congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension and ventricular aneurysm can lead to coronary artery milking, and there has been a reported case of left anterior descending coronary artery milking after coronary stenting. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is an emerging strategy for treatment of stenosis in the left main stem. We report a case of symptomatic systolic milking at the left main stem treated by direct stenting during PCI in a patient with unstable angina pectoris.
