본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 자아탄력성 및 간호전문직관 간의 관계를 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 3개교의 졸업학년 간호대학생 260명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 배부하여 2015년 12월11일부터 12월31일까지 자료수집을 하였다. SPSS WIN 21 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 졸업학년 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 자아탄력성, 간호전문직관의 관계에서는 유의한 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 비판적 사고성향과 자아탄력성이 높을수록 간호전문직관이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 비판적 사고성향과 자아탄력성이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석한 결과, 두 변수는 간호전문직관을 41% 설명하였다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 간호전문직관을 향상시키기 위해서 비판적 사고성향과 자아탄력성을 증진시키기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증할 수 있는 연구를 제언한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between critical thinking, ego resilience, and nursing professionalism among senior nursing students. Subjects were 260 nursing students from three college. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from December 11 to 31, 2015, and analyzed using frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression using SPSS WIN 21.0. Nursing professionalism was significantly positivity correlated with critical thinking and ego resilience in senior nursing students. Students with higher critical thinking and ego resilience showed higher nursing professionalism. critical thinking and ego resilience explained 41% of the total variance in nursing professionalism among senior nursing students. Therefore, to increase nursing students’ nursing professionalism, it is necessary to develop and test programs to ensure an improvement in critical thinking and ego resilience among nursing students.
